Meknes
Meknes is one of Morocco’s 4 historical Imperial Cities. It was founded as a fortress in the 11th century, and became Morocco’s capital in the 17th century.
There are several key historic sites to visit in Meknes, including the intricately tiled Bab el Mansour gate.
